hauptsoft is a two-person studio building offline shop software. HS-serwis runs on your Windows PC, stores data in local SQLite, and ships as a one-time purchase — not a monthly SaaS bill.

Flagship product

HS-serwis — what the app does today

Scope is deliberately narrow for v1.0: take a phone in, track the job, print paperwork, sell an accessory at the counter. Fiscal cash registers and multi-user roles come later.

In active development

Built for Polish serwisy GSM

Stack: Tauri 2 (Rust backend) + React UI. Printed documents follow Polish workshop requirements; the interface supports Polish, Russian, and English.

  • Repair intake with IMEI / serial, fault notes, and accessories checklist
  • Customer list with repair history (individuals and companies)
  • Parts warehouse with FIFO write-off when a repair uses stock
  • Print acceptance and release forms from the app (browser print, no cloud PDF service)
  • Counter POS for accessories and services — receipt print in one click
  • QR sticker for the device label (thermal printer, planned for pilot)

Why we skipped the subscription model

Most shop programs in Poland charge roughly 150–300 zł per month. After three years that is often 5 000–10 000 zł — and you still depend on someone else's server.

About hauptsoft

Small studio, one product at a time

hauptsoft is not a funded startup. Two developers, evenings and weekends, building software we would use in a real workshop. No sales team, no investor deck — just a shipping calendar and user interviews.

Poland is the first market (RODO, Polish print templates, złoty pricing). Germany and other countries wait until HS-serwis proves itself here.

Current phase: pre-launch validation — landing live, core repair API in Rust done, UI modules still in progress. Public pilot with selected workshops: Q3 2026.
